Firstly, tell us about your puppy!

PUPPY'S NAME

Please type the puppy's name exactly as you want it to appear.

For placement within the body text of the Puppy Guide, the puppy's name must be less than 12 characters long. Longer versions of the name can be printed on the cover page - please include details in the 'Notes, instructions and special requests' section below.

If you haven't decided on a name yet, consider options like "Pup-pup", "Little Paws" or "Baby Dog"... just something cute and personal to make your Puppy Guide feel special!

You’re welcome to upload your own puppy photos for a truly personal feel—but it’s completely optional! If you’d prefer not to, I’ll choose a lovely stock image for you, so your book still looks great either way.
