The Puppy Manual Tailored Book

Please allow time for purchasing The Puppy Manual, reviewing and tailoring the document and creating publishing proofs. This process varies in duration depending on workload. Once this is complete, you should expect to receive your printed copies within 2 weeks of proof approval. Remote locations and some countries may take longer. If you require express service, please indicate this at the time you place your order. Additional fees will apply.

We take pride in our work. Digital proofs will be sent to you to approve, prior to your print request being processed. PLEASE review the proofs carefully. Any errors or issues detected after your print run has commenced will NOT be refunded. 
If problems exist due to the printing process, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your documents. We will resolve the matter with the publishers as soon as possible.

 Pet Perspective products are designed exclusively for pet professionals who have their own brick-and-mortar business with a direct clientele.

If you operate an online-only business, a business-to-business model, a chain, or a corporate organisation, please contact me directly to discuss how pricing and licensing arrangements might apply.

By purchasing any Pet Perspective product, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which can be found in full on the Pet Perspective website www.petperspective.com.au by following the footer link labelled Terms and Conditions.  These include (but are not limited to) the following terms and conditions:

WRITTEN MATERIALS

​1. Pet Perspective maintains a force-free philosophy, using positive reinforcement methods to help pets and their people. When editing or utilising Pet Perspective products, behavioural advice must be in keeping with this philosophy. 

​2. EXTENDED LICENSE (all written materials): You will hold ongoing copyright permission to distribute both printed and/or digital copies of the entire document, or selections to use as handouts, to your own clients. You may share either via print OR electronically to individual clients (i.e. by email, private link, or dropbox invitation). You may not make any part of the digital version of the document available for access by the general public.

3. You may not onsell any Pet Perspective products in any form, to any other third party, unless with express permission of the author.

4. Editing the written documents is encouraged, however in order to protect the integrity of the document, all edits to the The Puppy Manual must be approved by Dr Jen Nesbitt-Hawes. You may not edit or make additions to the document without permission. 

PUPPY FOUNDATIONS CLASS ONLINE COURSE

1.    Your business specific access code must be shared directly with individual clients, and may not be made available for access by the general public. You may not resell or sublicense access to the online course to any third party. 

2.    Puppy School Video course business subscriptions are valid for ONE YEAR from date of payment if paid annually, or one month if paid monthly. 

3.   Subscription Fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current period, and before you are billed for the next period,  by emailing Dr Jen Nesbitt-Hawes.

4.  Subscription Fee charges are subject to change. You will be notified by email one month before your fee is due. If you choose not to make another payment, you will no longer have access to the Puppy School Video course.

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

1. Pet Perspective maintains a force-free philosophy, using positive reinforcement methods to help pets and their people. When editing or utilising Pet Perspective products, behavioural advice must be in keeping with this philosophy. 

2. You will hold ongoing copyright permission to show the PowerPoint to your clients. You may use PowerPoint to create a video of you presenting the information, and distribute the video to your clients. You may not distribute the raw digital version of the PowerPoint, or its contents. You may not onsell the PowerPoint in any form, to any third party.

3. You do have permission to edit the PowerPoint yourself (limited to force free advice as per the first condition), as it’s important that the information matches your speaking style and preferences. You can change the order, or the style, rewrite the notes, and choose certain sections to show at different times through your course. If you need any help with PowerPoint edits, I am happy to assist.
